A FEW COMMENTS FROM VIEWERS

Ric, If I could only give you 1000 stars I would Ric, this is incredible information- and ABSOLUTELY APPRECIATED by any and all who have been bit by the iron bug!!!! 5*****

Hi Ric,

I just wanted to drop you a line and say how much I enjoy and appreciate your videos that you post on YouTube. I started training at a wrestling school a few months back (enjoying it immensely) and some of the material you've covered in your videos has really been useful. One particular piece that has always stuck in my head is the way you describe the way to throw a clothesline. Little things like that gave me a little bit of a headstart and several people have expressed surprise at how short a time I'd been doing this so far.

But I am not going to get complacent, because there is still so much to learn and perfect. And for that reason I will always be keen to see your next episode of Ric's Corner, or the footage of your students during class. There is always
something new to learn! 5*****

Hi Ric ran across your channel by weird search ! gotta say, love the stories from gold's gym. i so appreciate you sharing these. i remember reading muscle / builder at 14 , back in the 70's. how i wished i was part of the gang/ arnold,franco,waller,gable,robinsion,etc...i thought today, why isn't anyone sharing stories or writing a book about the 70's gold gym experience ??? than here i find you ! you have to keep everything you seen- know-and did from this era at golds alive and passed on. "please" all you guys lived in the best golden era of all times ! i really want to hear how you guys trained- what you guys ate, did ,everything !! this is SO GREAT ! can you share some stories about waller ? if you want you can see my channel. i have some vids up too ! i am 100% natural. never used roids. the 70's mags and routines kept me motivated and do so today ! i would much rather have a body like you guys from the 1970's, than todays bloated mega dose steroid guys.5*****

Keep up the good work!

-Ben
